Terms of Service Effective Date: August 18, 2025 Platform: FrotomAI (https://frotomai.com) These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FrotomAI SaaS platform, owned and operated by Frotom Logistics Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. 1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, accessing or using FrotomAI, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the platform. 2. Account Registration - Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false information or suspicious activity. 3. Services Provided FrotomAI provides AI-powered content generation tools, analytics, and enterprise solutions for businesses and individuals. Payments & Billing - Subscription fees and token credits must be paid in full to access premium services. - Prices are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change. - Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. 6. Intellectual Property All content, code, logos, trademarks, and software on FrotomAI are the exclusive property of Frotom Logistics Limited. You may not reuse, replicate, or rebrand without written permission. 7. Data Ownership & Privacy You retain ownership of the content you generate.
