As part of our commitment to transparency and user trust, we have developed the following refund policy to protect both our users and our company. 1. General Conditions for Refunds Refunds are only issued under the following conditions: - A technical issue, on our part, prevents proper usage of the platform, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days. - Duplicate payment was made for the same subscription or purchase. - The customer submits a refund request within **7 days of the original purchase**. - The service or plan purchased does not match the description or features advertised. 2. Non-Refundable Situations We do **not** issue refunds for: - Change of mind after purchase. - Lack of understanding of platform features (please refer to demos and documentation). - Inactivity or lack of use of the platform. - Issues caused by third-party integrations or modifications not supported by FrotomAI. - AI token usage or pay-as-you-go credits already consumed. 3. Subscription Plans and Renewals - Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts. - It is the user’s responsibility to cancel the subscription before renewal if no longer needed. - Partial refunds for unused periods will not be issued. 4. Process for Requesting a Refund To initiate a refund: 1. Email support@frotomai.com with your **order number**, **email address**, and **reason for the request**. 2. Our team will investigate and respond within **5 business days**. 3. If approved, refunds are processed within **10 business days** via the original payment method. 5. Chargebacks Filing a chargeback without contacting our support first may result in a permanent ban from FrotomAI services. We urge customers to reach out to our team to resolve any disputes. 6. Changes to This Policy FrotomAI reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Continued use of the platform implies agreement with the latest version.
